What happends after making a purchase?

Once you’ve purchased a product on our website, we’ll email you the final image of your engraving. After you confirm the design, we’ll create your unique personalized gift with care. Please note that the final image will be sent only to those who provided their email address at checkout. The image may be a digital representation or engraved on a similar material, allowing you to review the overall design before we proceed with your actual product.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once your purchase is complete or your design is confirmed, we'll start creating your personalized gift. We aim to ship within 1-3 days. For pre-orders and bulk orders, we kindly ask for your patience as we prepare your items and please allow 2-4 weeks for importing and processing, depending on availability from our suppliers in Japan. Delivery times typically range from a couple of days to one week for national orders.
Do you accept and engrave custom designs by customers?

Yes, we do accommodate custom designs depending on the specifics. Please send your design to us through the "Contact Us" page, and we’ll let you know if it’s possible to create.
Do you offer bulk orders?

Absolutely! We offer bulk orders—please visit our bulk order page for details. For any other products, we can accommodate bulk orders of 20 or more. Just contact us to confirm product availability. Please note that this will be pre-order items and we kindly ask for a processing time of 3-4 weeks due to high demand.
Do you offer samples?

Yes, we provide samples for products from our bulk order page or any other items for 20 or more* before you place a larger order. However, at this time, we do not offer samples for small orders unfortunately.
What is the shipping fee within Australia?

We offer a flat shipping rate of $9.90. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150!
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we gladly ship internationally! For shipping fees, please refer to the Australia Post website for the most accurate information.
What should I do when I want my gift as urgently?

To select express delivery, simply choose the "Express Delivery (additional $6)" option during checkout. We’ll do our best to expedite your order processing!
What is your return/refund policy?

Our return policy allows customers to return or exchange items under specific conditions. Non-customerised/personalised items If you are not completely happy with your Non-customerised/personalised items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. We will work with you to ensure that any issues are resolved, whether through adjustments, replacements, or refund. Damaged/defective/incorrect items If you receive a personalized item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly engraved, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. Customed/Personalised items Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the craftsmanship. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with the proof of purchase and detailed photographs of the issue.
